Meetup 9/4

I am running a little behind on my Meetup blog posts. At our first meetup in September we had Stefan, Eric, Deborah, Christine, Raeann, Ross and Bridget attending. We weren't clear about our topic (sometimes we like to do this on the fly) and while we were slow starting the conversation we shared our experience on overall health, stress and finally ended up talking about allergy testing. As it turns out we have 3 specialists in our space - Ross as representative for allergy testing kits, Bridget with her nutritional background and Raeann knowing lots of information by researching on topic. We jumped from mood, thyroid, depression, food sensitivity, IBS, naturopath visits to gluten free beers (foxtail, dogfish, St. Peters & Honey Wine).

Besides our excursion we also covered Princess Di, Football, Syria, Grey Cast, Whiskey, selective, positive news, gratitude journaling and Deborah's redesigned website.
