Another inspiring meetup. Eric, Sam, Stefan, Deborah and many with 'C': Clark, Curtis from Colorado, Christine, Cheryln, Chad and Carl, including 3 new participants. We dodged a lot of topics and shared our strengths, got quite philosophically about callings, happiness, satisfaction and life's purpose. Curtis is an excellent* photographer and chef and recently moved to Seattle, looking for projects. *Vouched for by his friend Chad. Carl does marketing for a German flooring company for 2 months and his strength is his strong language skills. Chat offers website and app development for big companies, is an entrepreneur and enjoys getting out of the house. He has lots of creative energy. Stefan runs a residential design firm and as his business partner Drew says his strength is 'if Stefan talks, people listen!' Semi-pro runner Clark writes and his strength is being a genius, but a modest one. He makes friends easily and shared one of his favorite books ' Deep Survival'. Sam's strength is to start a conversation and absorb details easily. She loves to have tiny super powers and offers this expertise as graphic designer offering her design work for business cards, SEO, small websites, letter heads, and enjoys being more open and friendly discovering her extroverted site. Eric is a writer and actor and his strength is digression. He is currently looking for a new job using his skill set of mediation and problem solving. Retirement coach Deborah is a good listener and enjoys the quiet to recharge her batteries. Cheryln is a naturopath, looking for new clients and asked for feedback on health provider networks. Her strength is listening, helping people and looking at the whole. Christine got some praise for her supportive work for the Office Junction members from Sam and introduced herself as professional housewife running the Office Junction as a site business, comparing the time spent on mom duties, 24/7 versus the actual time she spends on business tasks.
