Thursday evening at 6.30 pm six of our Office Junction members participated in a gluten free, diary free cooking class by Bridget from Full Life Nutrition and Theresa from Thrive Within. We prepared a 3 course dinner together.
First we 'massaged' kale. We cut veggies for the Quinoa Bean Salad and rolled chopped fruit and nut bits in coconut flakes and cinnamon. We also had some wine - and as usually laughed a lot.
