Message from the 'Meet the Authors' group

Hello All,

Response to my recent e-mail asking about interest in hosting a “Meet the Authors” booth at the Morgan Junction Festival has been wonderfully strong and positive!

If you want to participate, or are debating whether or not to participate, please come to a planning/organizational meeting at West Seattle Office Junction, 6040 California Ave SW, on one (or both) of the following two dates:
Tuesday, March 8th, 7pm-8-ish
Sunday, March 13th, 3pm-4-ish

We will discuss 
>the purpose and goals of the event
>description of the event (for those who are new)
>what we want to repeat and what we want to change about last year’s event
>how to sign up
>what tasks need to be done before and during the event (and who will volunteer to do which tasks)
>what props are needed and who can provide them
